WARRANTY

1. Definitions

  • Covered Products

    • All soft‐goods incorporating DRYOUT material (bags, cases, sleeves) 

  • Defect

    • A failure in materials or workmanship that materially impairs the functionality of the Covered Product under normal, intended use.

 

2. Warranty Period

DRYOUT warrants that Covered Products will be free from Defects for twelve (12) months from the date of the original purchase.

 

3. Coverage

This warranty applies only to Defects in:

  • Defects in stitching, zippers, buckles, or fabric that affect product performance.

  • Failures in workmanship arising under normal intended use.
     

4. Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic issues, or variations in herent to materials (e.g. scuffs, color fading)

  • Damage from misuse, neglect, abuse, alteration, or improper care

  • Exposure outside agreed environmental specifications (e.g., extreme heat, submersion)

  • Unauthorized repairs or third‐party modifications

  • Loss, theft, or consequential damage to contents

  • Issues arising from storage, transport, or use outside of agreed specifications.
     

5. Remedies

If a Covered Product is found defective within the Warranty Period, DRYOUT will, at its sole option:

  1. Repair the Covered Product

  2. Replace the Covered Product with a functionally equivalent item or comparable model

This warranty is exclusive and extended only to the direct purchaser.

 

6. Claim Process

  1. To submit a warranty claim, notify DRYOUT within thirty (30) days of discovering the Defect by submitting a warranty claim at www.DRYOUT.com/claim

  2. Include proof of purchase, product number, photos of the issue, and a brief description of use conditions.

  3. DRYOUT may request the return of the Covered Product at DRYOUT’s expense for inspection.

  4. Upon validation, DRYOUT will execute the chosen remedy within sixty (60) days.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

  • DRYOUT’s maximum liability under this warranty is limited to the unit purchase price at the time of the original purchase for the defective Covered Product.

  • DRYOUT disclaims all other warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

 

8. General Provisions

  • Governing Law: This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

  • Assignment: Purchaser may not assign or transfer this warranty without DRYOUT’s prior written consent.

  • Entire Agreement: This document constitutes the entire warranty agreement between DRYOUT and the purchaser, superseding all prior warranties or representations.

  • Amendments: Any changes must be made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of DRYOUT.
