- B2B Marketing Coordinator (North America)Job Title: B2B Marketing Coordinator Location: On-Site (South Jordan, Utah) Employment Type: Full-Time Company: DRYOUT Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Coordinator with a strong background in the B2B sector and OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a history of values- and mission-driven impact in daily life, a strong bias for action, keen eye for detail, exceptional content creation experience, and a proven track record in content creation and management of CRM, LinkedIn, and other B2B social media platforms to drive engagement, brand awareness, and qualified lead generation. Key Responsibilities: Marketing and Brand Strategy Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns that align with our strategic vision, brand identity, and sales objectives. Oversee full-funnel marketing programs including organic and paid media, SEO/SEM, brand storytelling, distributor training, email campaigns, experiential initiatives, and performance analytics. Help maintain a consistent brand identity for all collateral and communications across the organization. Collaborate with internal teams and third parties to create relevant and compelling marketing materials and communications. Digital and Social Media Marketing Manage our social media presence across relevant platforms, crafting engaging content and growing audience reach. Maintain a content calendar and track performance analytics (inbound sales leads, etc) to inform future strategy. Work with design tools or vendors to create visually appealing digital assets. Brand Partner Support In collaboration with our internal sales team, develop training content for our Brand Partners for their internal staff and external customers. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure relevant content and consistency of branding for marketing materials for use by our Brand Partners. Create tools for Brand Partners to educate their customers on the features and benefits of DRYOUT. Ensure Brand Partners adhere to DRYOUT marketing/branding guidelines. Content Creation and Website Management Create and update written materials including website content, thought leadership articles, Brand Partner case studies, and product highlights. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, or agencies for content, design, and video production, as needed. Sales Tool Creation and Enablement Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Create compelling and relevant collateral / tools for various channels, including flyers, handouts, and trade show tools. Events Planning and Logistics Assist with the planning, set-up, and execution of events, trade show booths, etc. Attend trade shows as requested to act as marketing point of contact. Public Relations Management Identify and manage our public relations proactive strategy and coordinate response strategies. Write press releases in coordination with Brand Partners and key customers for new product launches and partnerships. Assist internal stakeholders in creating and distributing branded thought leadership content. ROI and Trend Focus Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies and tactics. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using analytics tools to measure ROI and KPIs. Stay updated on the latest marketing trends and best practices, especially in the B2B and OEM sectors. Qualifications: Experience: 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on OEM partnerships. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Strong experience with technical editing and proofreading. Proficient in Canva, HubSpot, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar tools; basic design and layout skills are a major plus. Experience using AI for copywriting and technical writing is a plus, but a human voice is always essential. Physical Requirements: Must be able to tolerate prolonged periods of sitting and/or standing at a desk. Must be able to operate a computer, phone, and/or keyboard and tolerate prolonged periods performing work using a computer, telephone, and/or keyboard. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times. - Operations Project Manager (North America)Job Title: Operations Project Manager (OPM) Location: On-Site (South Jordan, Utah) Employment Type: Full-Time Company: DRYOUT Position Summary: The Operations Project Manager plays a pivotal role in optimizing our company's operational efficiency, particularly in guiding product development projects from concept to market through our external manufacturing partners. Reporting directly to the COO, this role acts as a central hub for cross-functional collaboration, ensuring seamless coordination between Business Development, Design, and Supply Chain teams. The Operations Project Manager will be a key driver of project success, process improvement, and organizational readiness for key initiatives, including major industry events. Key Responsibilities: Project Management & Business Development Support: Serve as the lead Project Manager for all new product development and strategic initiatives originating from the Business Development team. Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resource allocation (internal and external), and deliverables for each project phase (design discussion, design creation, samples, costing, production, etc.) Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget. Provide regular, detailed status updates to the COO and executive team, maintaining clear communication channels regarding project milestones and potential roadblocks. Implement and manage project tracking systems to ensure real-time visibility into the status of each product and project in the pipeline. Cross-Functional Team Collaboration & Coordination: Act as the primary liaison and facilitator between the Business Development, Design, and Supply Chain teams for all active projects. Facilitate effective communication and problem-solving sessions among these departments to ensure alignment, resolve conflicts, and streamline workflows. Ensure that design specifications are accurately translated for manufacturing, and that supply chain capabilities align with design and production requirements. Drive accountability among internal teams and external manufacturing partners to meet project deliverables and quality standards. Operational Planning & Strategic Support: Assist the COO in the development and implementation of operational strategies that support company growth and efficiency goals. Analyze current operational processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement, cost reduction, and increased productivity. Play a key role in the planning and preparation for company conventions and trade shows, including logistics, booth management, and coordination of relevant teams and materials. Contribute to other departmental tasks and initiatives as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to supporting overall business objectives. Systems, Processes & Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Lead the creation, documentation, and continuous improvement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across various operational functions, particularly those related to product development and outsourced manufacturing. Identify, evaluate, and implement new systems or tools that enhance operational efficiency, data tracking, and team collaboration. Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards throughout all operational processes. Vendor & Relationship Management: Work closely with the Supply Chain team to manage relationships with external manufacturing partners, ensuring clear communication of project requirements, deadlines, and quality expectations. Monitor the performance of external vendors against agreed-upon metrics and project timelines. Qualifications: Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Project Management, Business Administration, or a similar field. While not required, we'd love it if you had a bachelor's degree. An MBA or PMP certification would be a huge bonus! 7+ years of battle-tested experience and expertise experience in operations management, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or directorial role. Proven experience in project management, particularly with complex, multi-stage projects involving cross-functional teams and external partners. Strong understanding of product development lifecycles, from concept to commercialization. Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing SOPs and improving operational systems. Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills with a keen eye for detail. Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels, both internal and external. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana), and Google products (Sheets, Docs, Presentations). Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Experience with convention planning or large-scale event logistics is a plus.
